Little Switzerland boasts a magnificent Health & Wellness Centre situated under an enormous thatched structure with wooden sliding doors and solid glass panels on all sides. Savour the peace and majesty of the beautiful surroundings during a hard workout or relaxing treatment.

  • Elliptical Walker
  • Treadmills
  • Jacuzzi
  • Saunas in both Change Rooms
  • Treatment Centre
Please note that the Health Centre has an age restriction of over 15 years 

Outdoor Facilities: 

  • Climbing Cave
  • Climbing Wall

 

Health Centre Rules:

 

  • No persons under the age of 15 are allowed in the Health Centre
  • Persons between the ages of 15 and 17 years must be under adult supervision
  • No alcohol , smoking or eating allowed in the Health Centre
  • Persons using the Health Centre facilities and climbing wall must use correct footwear
  • Persons using the swimming pool must be dressed in a bathing costume & swimming cap
  • Persons using the jacuzzi must be dressed in a bathing costume
  • Please use towels on equipment at all times
  • No drinking in the sauna, swimming pool or jacuzzi
  • No diving into the swimming pool

Payment for the Health Centre facilities may be effected at the Health Centre

(Not applicable to Hotel Guests)

 

R20 per person per day for access to Squash & Sauna
R20 per person per day for access to Swimming, Jacuzzi & Sauna 
R20 per person per day for access to Training Circuit & Sauna 
R40 per person per day for access to & use of all facilities other than treatments 

R80 per person per weekend:

(Friday afternoon - Sunday) for access to & use of facilities other than treatments 

R100 per person :

(Midweek Break: Sunday/Monday - Thursday) for access to & use of facilities other than treatments 

R150 per person:

(1 week) for access to & use of facilities other than treatments
